How it works
Enter the Wi-Fi details
In Settings, enter the Wi-Fi name (it starts with
TeslaPW_) and the password from the label on your Powerwall 3.Tap Get Readings nearby
The app joins the Powerwall’s Wi-Fi, reads the values directly from the device and leaves the network again. No cloud, no Tesla account.
See every string
Voltage, current and power per input, the Total, and a History with a chart for each string, saved only on your device.
Good to know
- Works with the Powerwall 3 and its own PV inputs, not with Powerwall 2 or a Backup Gateway alone.
- You need to be within Wi-Fi range, a few metres from the Powerwall.
- No account, no ads, no tracking. Readings stay on your device; error reports are only sent with your consent. See the privacy policy.
